Nasr connects with a single shot there.

It looks like Frank Smith has been cut.
The fight stays on the outside here - Smith looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Nasr closes the distance and clinches.

Nasr pulls Smith into guard.
Smith postures up.

Nasr working for a triangle but Smith defends it easily.
Smith lands a couple of elbows.
Smith distracts Nasr with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Nasr looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Nasr wants to control but Smith is keeping busy.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Smith connects with a nice short shot to Nasr's temple.

Smith tries to close the distance and clinch but Nasr swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nasr cracks Smith with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Smith tries to clinch but Nasr is having none of it.

Nasr shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Smith's guard.
Nasr postures up and lands a big shot to Smith's brow.
Smith has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Kroner shoots in for a double leg but Hathaway sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Hathaway looks for the body kick but Kroner saw that one coming.
Hathaway looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Kroner fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kroner shoots in but no luck this time.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bepo Kroner. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kroner throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hathaway's waist but Hathaway gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kroner off to one side.

Hathaway rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kroner moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kroner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hathaway as he jumps to the side.
Kroner shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hathaway thuds his shin into the meat of Kroner's side.
Kroner is breathing heavily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Kroner.
Kroner is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Hathaway.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hathaway throws a series of strikes that have Kroner backpedaling.

Kroner is rocked!
Kroner changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hathaway tries to avoid it but Kroner manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hathaway to the ground. Hathaway escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Oh Kroner is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kroner shoots in but Hathaway avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Hathaway connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Kroner tumbling to the canvas! Hathaway pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Kroner was done - good stoppage!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). John Hathaway!
