Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Olyver Twist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jonas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Olyver Twist had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Jon Jonas has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Olyver Twist's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Twist shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jonas but Jonas pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Twist ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jonas moves away.
Twist rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jonas moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jonas closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Twist throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jonas's waist but Jonas gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Twist off to one side.
Twist misses with a combination

and Jonas counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Twist's guard now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Twist is breathing heavily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Netto shoots in but no luck this time.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bruno Netto. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Netto missing with a left hand there. Subz was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Netto shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Netto closes the distance and clinches up with Subz, looking for a takedown. Netto pushes Subz against the cage but Subz circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Subz connects with a crisp jab.
Netto has his takedown stuffed

and Subz counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Subz.

Subz manages to pull guard.

Subz pushes a forearm under Netto's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Netto is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
