The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Wheet changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. aboott tries to avoid it but O Wheet manages to keep hold of a leg and drag aboott to the ground. aboott escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
O Wheet shoots in for a takedown but aboott shows good takedown defense.

aboott changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. O Wheet looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
aboott creates some space and throws a big elbow, but O Wheet sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zeus throws a right and a left that Khan avoids nicely.
Khan throws a hook but Zeus avoids it easily.
Zeus tries to clinch there but Khan circles away.
Khan staying out of range there.
Zeus misses with a takedown attempt - Khan sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
