The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Power.
Power misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Power counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Duder!
Power punishing his opponent with strikes.
A nice elbow there by Power.
Power lands a heavy elbow.

Duder is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Hemler shoots in looking for a takedown. Smart tries to sprawl out of it but Hemler keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Smart manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Smart tries to land a knee to the head but Hemler blocks with his arms.
Smart is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Hemler gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Smart is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Hemler can't fight it off and eventually Smart manages to take the fight to the floor. Hemler looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
