The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Forio shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Junior as he jumps to the side.
Forio fails in his attempt to clinch.
Forio throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Junior's waist but Junior gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Forio off to one side.
Junior just misses with a punch to the body.
Forio chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Junior can pounce on him.

Adolfson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Adolfson wants to pass the guard but Solonik is keeping the position.

Adolfson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Adolfson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
