Duck has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Neil has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Andreas Hansson.

Lukens had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Svenn is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lukens Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Svenn's back instead.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Albert Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amadeo Assis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Assis has chosen Mv Bill- Falcao as his entrance music. Amadeo Assis told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Assis shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fish pinned against the cage. Fish gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Assis takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

It looks like Amadeo Assis has been cut.
Nice takedown defense from Fish. No joy for Assis on that attempt.
Fish drops Assis with a naaaaasty hook - Assis is in real trouble here! Fish dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
