McFist changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Henke tries to avoid it but McFist manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Henke to the ground. Henke escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Good leg kick by Henke there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
McFist ducks straight into an uppercut from Henke and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - McFist maanges to regain guard straight away.
