The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Two misses with a low kick.
Nesset swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nesset throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Two sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Two has closed the distance and engaged Nesset in a clinch.
Two is pressed up against the cage. Nesset has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Two down to the mat. Two avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Nesset fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Two takes one on the button.
Two lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Arnfinn Nesset has been cut.

Two rushes Nesset and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Two breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Two avoids the body shot from Nesset.
Two misses with a takedown attempt - Nesset sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Two does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Nesset blocks a low kick nicely.
Nesset rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Two moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nesset just misses with a punch to the body.
Nesset jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Nesset bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Two's head backwards.

Two walks into a straight right hand from Nesset.

Two misses with a few strikes there.
Nesset lunges at Two with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Two's hand.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Two.
Two defending well as Nesset loads up on a big left hand.

Two pushes Nesset up against the cage in a clinch.

Two creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Nesset fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Two fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Nesset on the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nesset drops down looking for an ankle pick but Two pulls his leg out and moves away.
Nesset takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Two throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Two clobbers Nesset with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Two bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A punch combination from Two misses.
Nesset thuds a left hand into Two's body.
Two's corner calls for a 1-2. Two obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Two fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cope Two. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A jab-cross combination lands for Two and sends Nesset crashing to the mat! Two follows him down to the mat - Nesset regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!

Two wants to stand but Nesset has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

Two throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Two shoots in looking for a takedown. Nesset tries to sprawl out of it but Two keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nesset manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nesset wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Arnfinn Nesset has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
