Ransom takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Samson Ransom has been cut.
Ransom shoots in looking for a takedown. Pead tries to sprawl out of it but Ransom keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pead manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pead throws a head kick but Ransom moves out of range.

Ransom closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Ransom lands in his opponent's guard.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Ransom gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Ransom apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Samson Ransom seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
