The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swagger shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Stevenson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Ali really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Stevenson misses with a takedown attempt - Ali sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Ali is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Ali connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Ali cracks Stevenson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.
Ali rushes Stevenson with punches - Stevenson moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Stevenson goes down! Ali follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
