Ershaw tries to stall but Hawkins uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Ershaw tries to score a body lock takedown but Hawkins shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hawkins with shots to the head and body - Ershaw looks very uncomfortable down there.
Hawkins has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Ershaw's face.

Hawkins is working for a guillotine from mount but Ershaw frees his head quite easily.

Despite being in the dominant position, Sandy Hawkins just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Hawkins is going olschool here, as he tries to force Ershaw to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Ershaw shrugs it off.
Hawkins postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Ershaw looks a forlorn figure.

A head kick by Lafleur - that's a beauty! Bruno is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Lafleur can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!

Jon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Reynolds sprawling to the canvas! Reynolds rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jon finish him?!

Reynolds tries for a takedown but Jon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jon is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Reynolds flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Reynolds is out cold! Jon holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
