Magne Midgard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Midgard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luka Juranic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drago kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is My Curse. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drago throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Drago stuffs the takedown attempt from Juranic. Juranic gets slowly back to his feet.
Juranic takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

It looks like Luka Juranic has been cut.
Juranic misses with a takedown attempt - Drago sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Drago is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Drago gets a warning from the ref for wasting time.
Juranic drops down looking for an ankle pick but Drago pulls his leg out and moves away.
Ivan Drago has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luka Juranic.
Drago lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Drago will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Drago rushes Juranic with punches - Juranic moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Juranic goes down! Drago follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
