Lappalainen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Aliyev has him pressed against the cage.

Aliyev lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Lappalainen or not.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
