The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe lands a glancing blow to the side of Pawn's head.
Pawn tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Joe swivels and escapes.
Pawn fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Joe is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Pawn takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Pawn shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Joe as he avoids it easily.
Glass Joe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeun Pawn.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Joe gets underhooks to prevent Pawn's takedown attempt.

Joe ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Joe no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Pawn drops back looking for a leg! Joe is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Joe manages to kick Pawn off! Pawn jumps back into Joe's guard.

Pawn postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Joe is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Pawn, into his guard.

Joe lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Joe really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Pawn parries the strikes from Joe easily there. Joe is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Pawn to escape.
Pawn is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Joe thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Joe is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Pawn is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Joe lands a nice forearm strike.
Pawn manages to get back to half guard.
Pawn regains full guard. Nicely done.

Pawn has his foot on Joe's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Joe works his way back into a safe position though.

Pawn has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Joe can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Pawn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Joe has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Pawn looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Joe puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Glass Joe will probably get the nod.

Pawn has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Joe is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Pawn looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Pawn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pawn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Pawn drops back, looking for a kneebar! Joe looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Joe looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Joe!
Joe is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Joe is keen to just control but Pawn is a slippery customer.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Joe wants to pass to mount but Pawn is defending the position.

Joe wants to control from the top but Pawn keeps moving.

Pawn escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Joe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Joe with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Joe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pawn swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Joe avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Jeun Pawn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Pawn shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Pawn showed some decent athleticism there.

Joe is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Pawn's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Pawn's back!

Joe will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Pawn isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Joe stacks Pawn on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Joe!

Pawn had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Joe is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Pawn Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Joe's back instead.

Pawn is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Joe defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Pawn has got his arm under Joe's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Joe has spun round into Pawn's guard beautifully! Well done that man!

Costa shoots for a takedown but Reyes saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Costa shoots in looking for a takedown. Reyes tries to sprawl out of it but Costa keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Reyes manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Costa swats away the attempt to clinch by Reyes.

Reyes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Costa moves away.
Reyes throws a head kick that misses.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Reyes, right into the meat.
Nice takedown defense from Reyes. No joy for Costa on that attempt.
