The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Machine. No joy for Rass on that attempt.
Rass misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Machine.

Rass forces Machine back against the cage and clinches.
Rass is pressed up against the cage. Machine has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Rass down to the mat. Rass avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Machine connects with a nice looking jab.
Rass fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rass looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Machine cracks a nice hook into Rass's ribs.
Machine's corner calls for a 1-2. Machine obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Rass with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Rass takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Rass drops his hands momentarily and Machine takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
It's a brutal combination of punches from Machine! Rass is backing up but he can't get away as Machine lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Rass and ends the fight. Great knockout.

Liddell wants to get back to striking at distance but Wood won't allow it.
Wood has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Liddell avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Liddell is pressed up against the cage. Wood has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Liddell down to the mat. Liddell avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Chuck Liddell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jerome Wood.

Liddell Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
