Undercard bout

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between billy mulvihill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Wuzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think mulvihill might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to up in here. The crowd seem to be enjoying Wuzz's choice of entrance music: Lützenkirchen - German Kiss. billy mulvihill looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wuzz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
mulvihill looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Wuzz closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming mulvihill to the mat! mulvihill manages to get full guard.

Wuzz gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Wuzz shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Wuzz was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
mulvihill is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Wuzz has taken his back.

Wuzz has got one arm under mulvihill's chin. This could be trouble... mulvihill trying to control the other hand but Wuzz gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, mulvihill has tapped out! The fight is over!

Quistaff's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Here Comes The Boom. Berg comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
