The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
HC keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Oleander changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. HC looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

HC bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
HC uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Oleander.
HC doesn't manage to clinch there - Oleander circles away.

and HC holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

HC manages to break the clinch.

HC lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Oleander backwards.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

HC will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Oleander up against the ropes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
