The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Raiden fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Uno, pushing him back against the cage.
A short right from Raiden.
Uno drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Raiden unloads a knee to the mid-section. Uno lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Uno successfully pulls guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Raiden trying to control the position from guard on top but Uno is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Uno could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Uno escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Raiden gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Raiden wants to control from the top but Uno keeps moving.

Raiden stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Raiden tries a head kick but it misses.
Uno shoots in and drives through. Raiden sprawls well.
A good leg kick by Raiden.
Uno walks forward, straight into a front kick from Raiden.
Uno is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A kick lands to the mid section there for Raiden.
Raiden throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Uno tumbling to the canvas!

It looks like Nigel Uno has been cut.

Raiden stands and steps away. Uno gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Raiden lands with a thumping leg kick.
Uno tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Uno takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A chopping leg kick lands by Raiden.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Raiden rushes Uno and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Uno takes a knee right on the jaw!

Raiden breaks the clinch.
Raiden cracks Uno with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Uno takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Uno fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Whack! Raiden lands a heavy head kick that drops Uno. The ref tackles Raiden to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Uno was done.

Rotoras throws out a leg kick but Matsunaga moves out of range and Rotoras only half commits.
Matsunaga blocks a low kick nicely.
Matsunaga will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Bullit feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jigoro sprawling to the canvas! Jigoro rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bullit finish him?!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Bullit is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Jigoro flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Jigoro is out cold! Bullit holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
