I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Roland Deschain was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deschain looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Steel is fending him off so far but Deschain persists. Nope, Steel circles away and we're back to standing.
Steel swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Steel wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
A decent looking cross lands there for Steel.
Deschain tries to clinch but Steel is having none of it.
Deschain throws a right hand that Steel ducks under and follows up with a left that Steel also avoids with ease.
Deschain takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Deschain tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Steel was well out of range. Poor timing from Deschain.
Deschain lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Steel circles away quickly and effectively.
Deschain looks for a takedown but Steel sprawls well.
Steel stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Deschain doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Deschain looks gassed!
Steel closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Deschain! Steel dives in looking to finish! Deschain is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

The fighters circle, before Charyak throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Lacroix's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Charyak lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
