Lebowski comes to the cage accompanied by Lookin' Out My Back Door by Creedence. Beam comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Gambler kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Lebowski throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Beam.
Lebowski misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Beam is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Beam avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lebowski misses with a body shot.
Lebowski lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Beam ducks under a wild hook from Lebowski.
No joy there for Lebowski, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Lebowski lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Beam dodges the punch combination from Lebowski.
Beam avoids a punch combination nicely.

Abott moves in looking to clinch but Rassum pushes him off.
Abott rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rassum moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Horrible takedown by Rassum or perhaps it was just good defense by Abott which made him look bad.
Abott misses with a wild combination.

Rassum dodges the punch combination from Abott.
Abott throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Rassum.
Rassum drops his hands momentarily and Abott takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Rassum shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Abott pinned against the cage. Abott gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Rassum has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Abott can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Rassum bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Abott's guard.
Abott utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Svensson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
