Luciano seems to have locked his on tight now - Casanova screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Luciano, as he picks up the win!

Quinn wants to control but Tatum postures up.
Quinn is still in real trouble! Can Tatum finish him?
Quinn seems to have recovered his senses.

Tatum decides to stand up, so the ref orders Quinn to his feet.
Tatum steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Quinn is out on his feet! Tatum sets himself and nearly takes Quinn's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
