Rose stuffs the takedown attempt from Hubert. Hubert gets slowly back to his feet.
Rose keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Mesqabit tries to clinch but Hemlock is having none of it.
Hemlock swats away the attempt to clinch by Mesqabit.
Hemlock has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Hemlock comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Mesqabit wants to clinch.

No joy there for Hemlock, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Mesqabit tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hemlock swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hemlock fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mesqabit on the side of the head.

Hemlock throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mesqabit.

Hemlock rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mesqabit moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hemlock cracks Mesqabit with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Mesqabit tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hemlock paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hemlock throws a series of punches but Mesqabit moves out of range.

Hemlock throws a leg kick that misses.

Hemlock gets in close and instigates a clinch.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mesqabit unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Hemlock wants to break the clinch but can't.
A left hand lands to the body for Mesqabit.
Hemlock is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Hemlock jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mesqabit walks away with a smile on his face. Hemlock gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Hemlock connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Mesqabit fails with the takedown
and Hemlock counters with a nice uppercut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Hemlock.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Biff Hemlock. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Mesqabit counters with a shoot takedown. Hemlock fights it but they end up in guard.
Hemlock has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hemlock is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Mesqabit is looking to work some ground and pound but Hemlock has wrist control.
Mesqabit must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Mesqabit is posturing up here but Hemlock has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Mesqabit tries to roll out but it's too tight and Mesqabit has to tap! Slick submission there by Hemlock!

Jones shoots for a double leg takedown but Cervoni sprawls well. He's pushed Jones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Joey Cervoni will probably get the nod.

Cervoni is looking for a sweep. Jones is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Jones looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Cervoni with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Jones lands with a punch from half guard.
Jones looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Cervoni makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Cervoni.
Jones trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

Jimmy Jones has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
