Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Valdemar RataJylppynen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cole Jaques (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jaques's choice of entrance music: Ride The Lightning by Metallica. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Tonal throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Steel stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Steel will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Steel pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Steel on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Steel tries for a takedown but Tonal sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Steel takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Steel throws the left hand but Tonal avoids the punch easily.

Steel shoots in and bounces Tonal off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tonal is pulling down on Steel's head. It's preventing any offense from Steel, at least for the moment.
Tonal wants to stand but Steel is controlling the position.

Steel has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tonal finds it's way round the side to connect with Steel's head.

Crappler is looking to take a break and control but Junttila is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Junttila manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Crappler manages to get himself to full guard.

Crappler drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Crappler jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Junttila lands a big head kick that sends Crappler tumbling to the mat! Junttila takes a step backwards and waves Crappler back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like King Crappler has been cut.
Crappler tries to bum rush Junttila with a series of wild strikes but Junttila uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Crappler is still on wobbly legs! Can Junttila finish him?
Junttila misses with a head kick.
Junttila connects with a stiff jab that staggers Crappler - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
