The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eirikur looks to throw the jab but Santos is out of range.
Santos ducks under a wild hook from Eirikur.
Eirikur leaves Santos with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Eirikur feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Santos sprawling to the canvas! Santos rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Eirikur finish him?!

Santos is rocked!

It looks like Kinho Santos has been cut.
Eirikur finds Santos's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Santos flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Eirikur lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Santos will be OK.

Souza connects with a single shot there.

Souza waves his right hand out infront of him, looking to distract Prado. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Prado to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

It looks like Leandro Prado has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Souza wants to get up but he can't break Prado's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Souza stands up and waves to Prado to follow him.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Souza and Prado goes tumbling to the canvas! Souza follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Prado is rocked!
Prado is trying to stand up here but Souza is controlling him well.

Prado pushes Souza off and gets back to his feet.
Prado shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Souza defends it nicely.
Prado looks gassed!
Souza throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Prado stumbling backwards into the cage! Prado bounces back off the cage towards Souza, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Souza lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Souza celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Silva throws a hook to the side of Liege's head but Liege sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
