With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Andre Winner!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winner misses with a few strikes there.
Winner tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Winner checks the leg kick.
Winner misses with an uppercut. Topper saw that one coming.

Topper feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Winner can do anything to dispel that myth.
Winner wants to sweep but no luck.

Winner really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Topper. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Topper wants to stand but Winner is controlling his posture from full guard.

Winner will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That was a close round but I would say that Vince Topper will probably get the nod.

Topper is trying to drag Winner to the mat but Winner just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Swarner postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Lee is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Swarner, into his guard.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Swarner looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Lee is defending well. Swarner quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Lee has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Swarner celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Shamrock fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but ramos avoids it really well and circles away.
Shamrock takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
ramos wants to clinch up but Shamrock keeps it at a distance.

ramos slips a straight right by Shamrock.
Shamrock closes the distance and clinches up with ramos, looking for a takedown. Shamrock pushes ramos against the cage but ramos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

ramos rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Shamrock moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Thermo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
