Junttila escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Loman gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Loman sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Junttila's guard.

Loman uses his free foot to push down on Junttila's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Junttila.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Bagrian misses.

The fighters circling - Bagrian throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Bagrian keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Tuominen avoids the body shot from Bagrian.

Tuominen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Oiva Tuominen. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bagrian scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Tuominen doesn't seem bothered though.
Bagrian missing with a left hand there. Tuominen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bagrian will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tuominen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Bagrian is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bagrian throws the left hand but Tuominen avoids the punch easily.
Bagrian fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Tuominen on the side of the head.

Bagrian closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Tuominen out cold! Tuominen corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
