Wallace misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Solmunen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Solmunen pushes down on Wallace's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Wallace looks like he's trying to stand up.
Solmunen looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Wallace with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Solmunen throwing shots but Wallace is blocking nicely.
Wallace pushes Solmunen off looking to stand but Solmunen dives back in and keeps control.
Solmunen sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Wallace defending well though.

Solmunen seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Wallace is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
