Zonko darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Zonko wants to work for an arm triangle but Farve is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Zonko is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Farve has managed to free his arm - good work.
Farve wants to improve his position but Zonko is controlling well.

Zonko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Farve is just riding it out for now. Zonko eventually gives up the hold.
Zonko is breathing heavily.

Zonko is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Farve works his way to full guard. Good work.

Zonko thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Farve holds on and takes a little breather.
Farve is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Zonko drops back looking for a leg! Farve is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Farve manages to kick Zonko off! Zonko jumps back into Farve's guard.
Farve is pulling down on Zonko's head. It's preventing any offense from Zonko, at least for the moment.

Despite being in the dominant position, Duke Farve just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Zonko got a little sloppy there for a moment and Farve has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Zonko has managed to get both his arms back between Farve's legs - danger averted.

Zonko drops back looking for a leg! Farve is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Farve manages to kick Zonko off! Zonko jumps back into Farve's guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Let's hope that Farve has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zonko is defended easily by Farve.

Farve changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Zonko looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Zonko is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Farve's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Farve's back!

Zonko seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Farve's chin but Farve turns very nicely into Zonko's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Farve.

Farve is posturing up here but Zonko has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Farve tries to roll out but it's too tight and Farve has to tap! Slick submission there by Zonko!

and DIAS counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

DIAS is taking a breather. Hans says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
DIAS tries to pass to full mount but Hans defends it.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
DIAS shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hans as he avoids it easily.
DIAS takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Hans looks to land a right hand but DIAS moved out of range.
DIAS is looking to clinch but Hans is avoiding it.
Hans dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Josh Hans is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
DIAS is breathing heavily.
DIAS on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Josh Hans will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

DIAS tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
DIAS shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hans pinned against the cage. Hans gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hans lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - DIAS can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Hans and DIAS drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Hans.

Dillon walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Buffon drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Dillon swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Buffon's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Reyes feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Pernada sprawling to the canvas! Pernada rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Reyes finish him?!
Reyes drops Pernada with a big left hand! Pernada is injured, injured bad! Reyes jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
