That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to VJ Mithani.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mithani, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from West, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Gracie had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. lamma is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Gracie Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take lamma's back instead.

Gracie has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, lamma has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
