Goodridge uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Funakoshi.
Nice straight punches there by Funakoshi. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Funakoshi.
Funakoshi cracks Goodridge with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Goodridge tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Funakoshi pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Goodridge is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
