The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera throws a head kick but Simmons moves out of range.
Rivera tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Rivera tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Simmons paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Simmons keeps the fight on the outside.
Rivera feints a jab and as Simmons dips his head, Rivera unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Simmons right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Simmons falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Rivera smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JESUS misses with a few strikes there.

JESUS bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
JESUS throws a strike aimed at the side of Engine's head but Engine avoids it well.
Engine really doesn't want to stay on the ground with JESUS. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Engine is looking for a sweep.
Engine tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
Engine is trying to improve his position.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Engine can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kariebatonov is going olschool here, as he tries to force Headbenze to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Headbenze shrugs it off.
