The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King looks to land a left hand but Garcia moved out of range nicely.

Garcia feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Garcia is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
King is trying to control the position but Garcia postures up.

Druida shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sparks manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Sparks keeping moving, preventing Druida from controlling successfully.
Druida wants to pass the guard but Sparks is keeping the position.
Sparks utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Druida stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sparks swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Druida passes Sparks's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Sparks really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Druida. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
