Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Calvagh Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Palaver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Palaver has chosen Coolio - Gangsta´s Paradise as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Junior Palaver is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palaver shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Reed as he avoids it easily.

Reed decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Reed is going olschool here, as he tries to force Palaver to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Palaver shrugs it off.
Reed prevents Palaver from getting the reversal.

It looks like Rodney Gracie has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Kaio has cracked Gracie with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Kaio lands another huge swinging hook and Gracie tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Gracie, before Kaio can land any more shots!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Howatt shoots in and bounces Victor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
