The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanov changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ryan tries to avoid it but Romanov manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ryan to the ground. Ryan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Nokdoff goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
