The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mallon connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Salo momentarily.

It looks like Taras Salo has been cut.

Salo moves into the clinch.
Salo gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Mallon.
Mallon goes for a takedown attempt but Salo pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Mallon fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Salo manages to avoid it.

Mallon drops Salo with a beautiful combination! Salo stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mallon is looking for the KO!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mallon lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Mallon lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Salo - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Mallon!

Silver takes a swing at Muminka's ribcage but misses.
Silver lands a head kick. Muminka smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Tatus Muminka has been cut.

Muminka fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Silver sprawls well initially but Muminka persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Muminka is stalling here. Silver is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Muminka seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Silver has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Silver wants to stand but Muminka is controlling his arm.
Muminka tries to bench press Silver off him but Silver keeps the position.

Silver stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Silver throws a sloppy head kick and Muminka moves out of range easily.

Silver tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Muminka looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Silver!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Muminka can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Silver is looking to escape.

Silver wants to get up but he can't break Muminka's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Muminka has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Silver can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Silver dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Muminka. That did some damage!

Le comes into the arena with Sweep the Leg blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Nakki's choice of entrance music: Pulkkinen - Ruusulaulu. The key to victory for Kong Le has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Nakki throws a looping overhand right but Le ducks down to avoid it.
Nakki misses with a low kick.
Nakki will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Le keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Nakki.
Le keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Le trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kong Le will probably get the nod.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nakki lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Le has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Le and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

I think Le has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
