Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

With a record of 12 - 8 - 0, fighting out of London, Mick Dolan!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Dolan sees it coming and avoids it easily.

It looks like Mick Dolan has been cut.
Dolan tries to close the distance and clinch up but Johnson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Johnson counters with a crisp one two that drops Dolan! Johnson thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Dolan to his feet! Dolan is in big trouble!

Dolan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Johnson was covering up waiting for the punch and Dolan finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Dolan is pressed up against the cage. Johnson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dolan down to the mat. Dolan avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Johnson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Johnson's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Johnson seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Quinn Johnson just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Johnson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
