The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac shoots for a takedown but Trainer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Mac looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Trainer shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Mac manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Trainer trying to control the position from guard on top but Mac is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Mac can't keep his opponent in guard - Trainer advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Trainer in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Mac tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Trainer!

lad connects with a nice cross there... al Maktoum is looking wobbly and lad recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send al Maktoum to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - lad jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
