The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Buenafe.
A bone on bone clash there as Buenafe blocks the leg kick.
Diaz lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Buenafe circles away quickly and effectively.
Diaz throws a series of punches but Buenafe avoids them all with ease.
Diaz pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Diaz misses with a head kick.
Ralph Diaz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Diaz swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Buenafe counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Diaz scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

It looks like Kenshou Buenafe has been cut.
Buenafe will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Nogueira is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Jakort lets go of the hold and Nogueira can pop his arm back in it's socket.
