This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

James cracks Massey with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Massey tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but James pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Massey is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tronic Thermo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Nazarov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thermo kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Party Hard by Andrew W.K.. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Andrey Nazarov was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Nazarov digs a good body shot into Thermo's ribs.
Thermo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Nazarov misses with a wild body shot.

and Nazarov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Nazarov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Nice jab there from Nazarov.
Nazarov fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Thermo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Thermo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Nazarov's head.
Nazarov throws a lazy right hand but Thermo sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

and Nazarov connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

The fighters circle momentarily. Nazarov darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nazarov takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looks like Tronic Thermo has been cut.
Thermo swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nazarov counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Nice uppercut lands for Nazarov. That snapped Thermo's head back.
Nazarov misses with an uppercut. Thermo saw that one coming.
Nazarov connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Camel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Transplants - Romper Stomper. Charlie Green had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

That was a close round but I would say that Charlie Green will probably get the nod.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Green looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Camel ! Submission of the night perhaps?
