The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Noon lands a slapping body shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Avatar Noon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Noon lands with a hook. Anderson tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Anderson shoots in looking for a takedown. Noon tries to sprawl out of it but Anderson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Noon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Noon shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Anderson eats them both and turns towards Noon to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Noon uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Noon connects with a good right hand that stumbles Anderson. Anderson circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Noon drops Anderson with a right and a left! Noon comes rushing in but Anderson regains his composure and manages to keep Noon in guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Elijah Carr will probably get the nod.
