Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ulf Minutsak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalevi Kumijalka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kumijalka is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by compella & the twister - put ur weed up. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Brown is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Fury fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Brown manages to avoid it.

Brown shoots in and gets a takedown into Fury's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fury is looking for a triangle but Brown pushes his legs off easily.

Fury working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Brown doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Brown manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kukuev has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Maria.
Maria throws a nice outside leg kick.
Maria cracks the inside of Kukuev's front leg.

Maria lands a big head kick that sends Kukuev tumbling to the mat! Maria takes a step backwards and waves Kukuev back to his feet - he wants the finish!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Maria feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Kukuev's calf.
Kukuev has his takedown stuffed
and Maria counters with a good low kick that Kukuev was not able to check.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Maria feints and then cracks Kukuev's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kukuev down.
Kukuev takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt.

and Maria counters with a flying knee that drops Kukuev! Maria dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
