Undercard bout

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Solomon Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paulo Stugatz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gunn might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to "Bring me everyone" by Mustasch. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stugatz fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gunn.
Gunn throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Stugatz lands with a kick to the temple. Gunn shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laskutkov lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Willis backs up against the cage.

It looks like Rick Willis has been cut.

Willis changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Laskutkov looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Willis thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Willis has an Americana. Laskutkov didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Willis is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Willis hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Mulligan stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from LeMae.
Mulligan misses with an uppercut
and LeMae counters with a body kick.

LeMae lands a big head kick that sends Mulligan tumbling to the mat! LeMae takes a step backwards and waves Mulligan back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Mickey Mulligan has been cut.
Mulligan is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mulligan with a lazy takedown attempt
and LeMae counters with a slapping leg kick.
LeMae punishes Mulligan's body with a nice straight punch.
Mulligan gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
