That was a close second round but I would say that Nogi Kartov will probably get the nod.

Smalls cracks Fili on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Fili falls backwards against the cage. Smalls follows up with more strikes that drop Fili to his knees. Smalls keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Fili! This one is all over!
