The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Megaphny misses with a series of wild punches.
Megaphny scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Mathew Briar has been cut.
Megaphny tries to bum rush Briar with a series of wild strikes but Briar uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Briar thows a body kick. Megaphny tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Briar lands an overhand right.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Briar slips a jab and a cross from Megaphny.
Megaphny drops his hands momentarily and Briar takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Megaphny steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Briar. That one must have hurt.
Megaphny is breathing heavily.
Briar throws a combination. Megaphny tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Briar fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Briar drops Megaphny with a left right combo! Briar follows him down to the ground into side control.

Megaphny is rocked!

Briar stands up and beckons Megaphny to his feet.
Oh Megaphny is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Briar thuds his shin into the meat of Megaphny's side.
Megaphny seems to have got his legs back now.
Briar cracks Megaphny with an open hand slap.

Briar should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
