Maia tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Howard cranks the arm and Maia screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Maia, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Donaire might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Donaire lands a left and a right that send Hayabusa crashing to the mat, dazed. Donaire thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Oh Hayabusa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Donaire lands with an overhand left.

BOOM! Donaire lands a beautiful left hook that drops Hayabusa. Hayabusa tries to recover but Donaire is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Hayabusa lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
