Vatelli throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Torres's waist but Torres gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vatelli off to one side.

Torres lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Undercard bout

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andrzej Blake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hikaru Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrzej Blake had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 156.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Hikaru Sato will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

King rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Machado moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
King closes the distance but Machado moves to the side

and Machado counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in King's guard now.
Machado slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Gracie jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
