Ballantine has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Klumpo is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Ballantine.

Klumpo loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Ballantine scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Klumpo land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Klumpo stands and salutes the crowd.
