With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Carl Roscrow!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roscrow misses with a combination
and Tibbs counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A punch combination from Tibbs misses.
Roscrow closes the distance but Tibbs moves to the side
and Tibbs counters with a stiff right hand.
Tibbs throws a sloppy head kick and Roscrow moves out of range easily.
Roscrow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tibbs tries to avoid it but Roscrow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tibbs to the ground. Tibbs escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tibbs throws a right hand that Roscrow ducks under and follows up with a left that Roscrow also avoids with ease.
Tibbs moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Tibbs showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Roscrow.
Roscrow has his takedown stuffed
and Tibbs counters with a good low kick that Roscrow was not able to check.
Tibbs throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Tibbs connects with a body shot that sends Roscrow's belly button to the back.
Tibbs throws a right and a left that Roscrow avoids nicely.
Roscrow tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Tibbs manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tibbs.
Tibbs throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Roscrow's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Tibbs dives in looking to finish as Roscrow flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Tibbs's strikes! Tibbs is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Roscrow's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Roscrow was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Melartin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Phillips cracks Melartin with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Melartin digs a good hook to Phillips's body.

Stone Phillips seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Phillips tries to bum rush Melartin with a series of wild strikes but Melartin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Oh but Hayes is tightening it up a little... Suarez has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Suarez reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Suarez taps out! Nice BJJ there by Hayes!

Steinburger's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Smoke connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Steinburger scrambles back to his feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Steinburger takes a swing at Smoke's ribcage but misses.
Smoke shoots in looking for a takedown. Steinburger tries to sprawl out of it but Smoke keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Steinburger manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

BOOM! Vymiatajec lands a beautiful left hook that drops Pajkic. Pajkic tries to recover but Vymiatajec is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Pajkic lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
