Madden shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jack manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Madden shoots for a takedown but Jack saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Oooooh!!! Jack has knocked Madden down with a huge combo! Jack steps away and waves a wobbly Madden back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Madden is rocked!
Jack throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Madden's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Jack dives in looking to finish as Madden flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Jack's strikes! Jack is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Madden's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Madden was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
