Amongero goes for a small jab and connects. Now Amongero goes in closer pressing the issue. Left hook, right straight! Aeurelious stumbles back but Amongero runs in with a huge uppercut knocking Aeurelious to the ground! What a finish! You have to wonder if Aeurelious will ever be the same after a knockout like that.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Masunari there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Merle cracks Masunari with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Masunari throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Michael Merle has been cut.
Masunari misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Masunari lands a head kick. Merle smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Merle is rocked!
Masunari throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Merle looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Masunari lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A slapping leg kick lands for Masunari.
Whack! Masunari lands a heavy head kick that drops Merle. The ref tackles Masunari to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Merle was done.
